Day to day you will check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping.
