Road roller operator — Gunnison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Gunnison County, Colorado. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day to day you will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
