Immediate opening: packaging machine operator (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Warren County, Iowa. You will work in a packaging factory. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On a typical shift you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing.
