The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends.
