Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Jackson County, Colorado. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
