Urgent requirement: core maker (Ohio)

Now hiring: we are hiring a core maker in Butler County, Ohio. The job is at a busy iron foundry. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings On the job you will handle: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
