Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Jama'Are, Bauchi State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience.
