Pastry baker wanted in Calhoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Calhoun County, Georgia. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
