Rigging foreman — Ford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Ford County, Kansas. The job is at a busy construction site. You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
