On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 4+ years on the tools preferred.
