Waiter — Kennebec County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Kennebec County, Maine. The job is in a five-star hotel. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
