Now hiring: we are hiring a road roller operator in Logan County, Arkansas. The role involves read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
