Maintenance painter — Grundy County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Grundy County, Tennessee. The job is on commercial fit-out projects. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Own brushes and basic hand tools The role involves apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams.
