Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Lubbock County, Texas. You will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
