Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
