Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Lake County, Minnesota. You will work in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Your main tasks: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
