Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Owerri West, Imo State. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
