JCB operator • Nash County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a JCB operator in Nash County, North Carolina. You will be based in an open-cast quarry. The role involves work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing 3+ years on the tools preferred.
