Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Garrett County, Maryland. You will work at a power plant. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
