Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Scott County, Minnesota. The job is on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket Meals and transport allowance provided.
