We are recruiting: excavator operator (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Carlisle County, Kentucky. You will work at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Day-to-day duties: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
