What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
