Elevator repair technician — Chugach Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. The job is on a lift modernisation project. On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
