We are recruiting: foundry labourer (Cross River State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Odukpani, Cross River State. Day to day you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together. You should have: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
