Immediate opening: oven operator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Texas County, Missouri. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $25 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
