Backhoe operator — Anderson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Anderson County, Kansas. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Your main tasks: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
