Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Calhoun County, Florida. You will work at a power plant. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket The role involves check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
