You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
