CNC mill setter-operator — Roseau County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Roseau County, Minnesota. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
