Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Somerset, England. Day to day you will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
