Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
