Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
