Now hiring: we are hiring a power press operator in Glades County, Florida. The job is on the press shop floor. Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
