Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Meade County, Kansas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
