Assembly operator — Worcester County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly operator in Worcester County, Massachusetts. The job is at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. You will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Careful handling of tools and components • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Full-time with occasional weekends.
