Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Nafada, Gombe State. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
