Scaffold fitter — Derby

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Derby, England. You will be based at a high-rise building site. Requirements: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Day-to-day duties: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class Six days a week, one day off.
