Shakeout operator wanted in Josephine County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Josephine County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
