Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Kearny County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Overtime paid at a premium rate.
