Requirements: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing On a typical shift you will wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; record production counts on the shift sheet.
