Join our team: we are hiring a laundry presser in Pickaway County, Ohio. Day to day you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
