Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Worth County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
