Crane operator — Pointe Coupee Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a busy construction site. You should have: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Your main tasks: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
