You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
