Scullery hand — Barren County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Barren County, Kentucky. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
