Elevator technician • Clackamas County, Oregon

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Clackamas County, Oregon. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; run load and overload tests with test weights; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
