Laundry presser — Crisp County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a laundry presser in Crisp County, Georgia. You will work in a tailoring workshop. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings On a typical shift you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; give each garment a final press before packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics.
