Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
