Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Lowndes County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
