Injection moulding machine operator • Douglas County, Washington

Vacancy available: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Douglas County, Washington. You will work in a textile mill. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands Day to day you will measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card.
